On Sunday we reflected on the failure of the disciples and the faithfulness of our Savior. Against the dark background of their fear and unbelief the grace of Christ shines brightly. Are you resting in His grace this week? Let's pursue humility and dependence in light of our weakness and draw near to the one who chose us, loves us, and renews us when we fall.

Listen to Sunday's sermon from Mark 14:26-31 titled "Grace for Deserters"

This week Steven Parkin is going to be preaching from Romans 5:1-5. Join me in praying for him as he prepares to minister to us, that God would speak to and through him in such a way that God would be glorified, believers would be encouraged and the lost drawn to Christ.

This Saturday from 1-7pm is the men's steakout. Just a reminder to bring payment with you ($25 each) and pray that the unbelievers attending would be impacted with the gospel. The address of the Balman farm is 4248 Utah Rd, Wellsville, KS 66092

On Sunday I announced that Redemption Hill has the opportunity to be a part of Journey to Judea this year. This is an amazing outreach event that clearly presents the story of redemption from scripture, including note only the incarnation of Jesus, but also His life, death and resurrection. If you are interested in helping behind the scenes or in playing a part in this biblical drama, please let me know. You can learn more about J2J at
